The Idea

The TraidZord project was initiated in May 2024 in Switzerland by a long-time investor realising there is a significant gap in the trading and investing software landscape. Currently, retail traders and investors must choose between two types of platforms, each with its own limitations:

User-friendly but limited capabilities "commercial" platforms – These platforms offer intuitive UX, immersive charting, and prebuilt tools without requiring strong coding skills. However, they lack true professional features such as advanced algorithmic trading, open-end customization capabilities, or features like built-in automated order execution and advanced strategy optimization.

Powerful but complex "professional" platforms – While these platforms provide advanced features and extensive customization, they usually require coding expertise and more labour-intensive configuration to set up. They come with outdated UX and non-intuitive interfaces and are often broker-bound.
